upgrade to a 250 from that 100.  Under $300USD on EBay.

Sounds like it needs a new diaphram replacement. That should solve you rproblem.
 
Why did it go out? Well, not knowing the specifics , I would have to "guess" that the solution running thru the pump was the culpret. Butyl ?

A new pump?
Pumps are a throw away item these days. It seldem pays to try to fix them when it comes to these pumps.

It's a Shur-Flo 100psi pump.

I seldom use my Powr-Flite PFX1100 since I've bought it new.
I'm going to add upholstery cleaning again so I was testing a new pre-spray yesterday and found the pump never shut off. It sprayed just fine but usually it just runs on demand.

Any Ideas for a hopefully simple fix? Big smile
