Just back from connections. Talking to the mills sales are flat, except on the commercial side.

Apart from the aspect of comfort, a carpet also makes your house looks more elegant and stylish. Putting up carpets at your home and office make them look sophisticated, stylish, warm and cozy.

I guess the downside of having carpet in your house would be the cleaning, no one wants a dirty rug. But for those that can afford and could maintain their carpet to a nice feature, i believe that it bring much more elegance in your home.

Send a press release to any of the news sources and they will print it. That is what the carpet mills did with this one. You can bet your life on it.
Most of the time the articles are based word for word on the text contained in the press release. These days, bedrooms have carpets and sometimes the hall. Personally, I have it in every room with the exception of the kitchen, laundry and the bathroom, all three floors are connected. I even have carpet in the master bathroom. It's the way I grew up and being just shy of 60, I don't change my life for the next fad someone wants to get everyone doing. |

if carpet is back... why are so many people still ripping it out...
That article is rubbish.... most of the customer I know have half the carpets they did 5 years ago. Meaning most main floor levels have no carperts
