I had many slide ins over the years all Pro Chem the first being a Pro Chem 100 and the last one being 405's out of them all I had one lemon a Bruin II But I would still stick to a slide in as living in the home of road salt over the years vans did not last as long as I would like. But to each their own.

Steaminpile I am now thinking about the Cleanco 47 PTO.
As far as the slide in and the weight and obviously 2 engines to service you are not really saving as much are you Slide in versus PTO. PTO hit 2 switches ad go to work??? |

just cuz your blueline is a POS doesn't mean all slide ins are I feel your pain though,,,,I had a POS Powermatic,,,,,,sold it,,,,lost money on it then bought a new Prochem Legend XL and ran it for a long time trouble free
I had a Cleanco too that admitedly was pretty trouble free but it took it's toll on the van and burned about twice the gas

One van lose money, two vans break even , three make money!!!!
Next one should be a PTO. I bought two slide ins. With the money you think you can save on gas, think again ! With the added weight the Bluewave with a full waste tank 1/2 tons !!! 2000 lbs. not to mention TM headaches ! |
