Thats great. It looks like you covered most of your angles. I still would recommend looking into certification if you plan to do more work in water damage.

I only did the Water Extraction on the carpet
the drywall was replace by their own people
i have this on writing on my invoice that i was not responsible for the walls
and the manager signed so i think i'm ok. but thanks for the advise.

I would not judge by dry to the touch alone. Your going to wanna buy some moisture meters and take down the reading everyday and take pictures of the readings with the dates that way if any questions arise if you dried it enough you have some physical proof. Penetrating and non-penetrating meters. You really should get IICRC certified and take the classes on flood work. You have to be very careful as some people may be looking to sue for damages from you if the work is not done properly.

he opened the walls i left 2 fans and one Dehu. unit  over 2 days everything looks and feel dry whe touch

I just did  a 2Bedroom Apartment flood service a fire sprinkle broke
Suck all the water out
Seal the floors
Remove the carpet and replace the  padding
Steam clean the carpets
Rooms #1 10x10 #2 10x12  #3 10x13  plus a  3x6 hall way and a 5x5 closet
How much
Also the next door apartment go wet just the closet and hall way same size as the first one  only in this one just got the water out,dry and clean
So how much?
 This is my first time doing flood and padding replace
Also this guy has a 100 units building and he wants me to clean and service but I do not want to be Cheap .  Help me with the price
