Only two in the van and 1 in the office taking calls and running things at first. When I had three rigs and did air duct cleaning I had 7 employees and needed 10.
I used hydramaster slide ins back then.

I been out of carpet cleaning for 4 yrs and I'm looking to get back into it.(24yrs exp)

I love it and have missed it for the 4 years I've been out.(addicted) I've always enjoyed cleaning and meeting the people along with being self employed.

When I got started in the business I was in Southern California and worked in nice homes in Beverly hills/LA and Pasadena and the general area (those were the good ole days) It was a good company that also had a plant that did oriental rugs, re-fringing, surging, repairs, drying room etc.

Now I think I would like to be a single van operation w 2 emlpoyees and me....I still would like to clean some but not so much that I look like an old carpet cleaner. lol
