Hey guys, I've been cleaning carpet for about 1 1/2 years. I found this site the other night and realized I still have so much to learn. Went to the classes to be certified by IIRC for carpet cleaning, sales, and tile and grout. More to come this fall and winter. Although I placed above 90% on all classes I don't feel like I retained much. I read some tips the other night and applied them today. Wow what a difference.
