evening all, its been a question i have been curious about. how does the average ccer get paid? is it on commission, salary, piece work? what is the average take home pay for a ccer in your area? i am sure you are all familiar with sears and NO we are all not hacks!!!! also wondering what the average timeframe for a ccer to work for a company before it hurts too much to continue, or branch out on their own. I know its easier said than done. so much $$$$ for the big guys but not the employees. am i right?
