They don't. I deal with the problems of those that DONT go public now as well, Paul. I know that will piss off a few people, but I am serious about turning around the image permantly this time. All people that were effected by my slow delivery or quality control issues in the past will not only get that resolved, but they will be receiving BONUS product for FREE as well. Time to make Lemonade out of the Lemons. Life is sour enough without me adding to it.

Nick and James- Glides from Ken -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I apologize for not responding sooner, as I have been busy- my bad. Here is an update on the post from ICS about the RotoVac glides from Ken Harris. Ken either saw or became aware of my post on the ICS Board and took it upon himself to send me a new set of RotoVac glides and then e-mail me that he did so. They arrived by UPS within a few days and I used them on two jobs the next day. They were of better quality then the original set and performed better (and lasted longer) then the original set. As anyone in business, if they are honest with themselves, they have had a quality problem or dropped the ball at sometime. As far as I am concerned Ken did good by me and made an unfavorable experience into a positive one. I am satisfied with the outcome.
