Hello everybody,
I'm new to the forum. I am the owner of a small residential house cleaning company and am looking to include hot water extraction carpet cleaning. In my area, I found a van with a used bane-clean maxi-mount machine for sale. Any help on the below questions would be really helpful.
1)Is this a good machine?
2)Roughly how much is a used machine like this worth?
3)The sellers say the only thing wrong is that one of the heaters needs replacement, is this a major ordeal and how much does this type of repair typically cost?
4)I specialize in green cleaning, does anyone have advice on green carpet cleaning chemicals?
Thanks in advance, this forum is really informative.
