I think it is a bit humerous when I take three brands of prespray for example, and they all smell about the same with a bit of a tweek in some. Its obvious that many cleaning solution companies are producing chemicals using many of the same base cleaning solvents.
My gum and glue remover (brand a) I cant tell from a new prespray I just tryed (brand b). Much of it is all the same thing just in different levels of concentrate of the same base chemicals. They both smell identical.
![]() Ive done some research on the bottles I could find that do list ingredients on the bottle. Turns out a lot of the long words on the ingredients turned out to be just long words for a simple ingredient. An example of this would be " Ammonium Hydroxide" is a flashy version for a simpler wording "ammonia & water". I see it on many many bottles.
Anyone else notice any of this?
