There's a article out there on the web somewhere that explains how and why they do this. There are a couple of reasons that I can remember:

1. When they arrive, they charge extra for absolutely everything they can think of.

2. They use high pressure tactics to get customers to add on extra, expensive procedures that would normally be included. (Sort of related to #1 above.)

3. They use the same high pressure tactics to get customers to clean furniture, drapes and stairs at a very high price.

4. The offer is often limited to no more than the number of rooms mentioned in the ad.

5. They use crap for chemicals and get in and out as fast as they can. The results will be poor and resoiling will happen quickly.

6. No speakum English 2 gud.

7. No bonding or insurance.

How are you guy handling the competion that advertizes $7.95 per room?

That say whole house $95 dollars
 
I am tired of prospects hang up on my like i'm the one who is riping them off!
 
I simply want .25 persq ft. I'm not changing my price in their home like the other do!
 
Help Me beat these creeps!
