Kill Odor Plus is not a true encap product, they claim that the residue acts similar to a encap product, applying this product to a carpet and not extracting will cause you problems that you don't need in your business.

I agree with you, Don. I have tried the US and Cdn versions of Chemspec products. The Cdn versions worked better

I disagree with you Lee the chemicals made in the USA will be different than those Jim made in Toronto Case in point Prekleen for carpets we just received is a lot different than the Toronto version and it does not clean near as well, so we will be checking the market place for a replacement.

no they just want to waste time of small fries like us....I sent an e-mail to chemspec and a phone call jus to have my call ignored...
I posted that here and Jim called me within seconds. His salesmen never gave me the time of day....how is this company going to survive without Jim??? |

Almost all the sales guys in Ontario at the manufacturers and distributors are a joke.
They specialize in golf and liquid lunch that's about it. |
