The RX20 can overwet the carpet.............with the stock shoes on it. With the glides I sell for it however, it drys carpets in 1 to 2 hours, which is faster than most wands can do it.

anyone ever have problems with the rx20 over wetting???and can this happen with the 360???

I have used this machine even if I don't own one. It's cleaning performance is on a par with the RX20 which I do own. Since I already know that the RX20 can easily outclean any wand, and this is close to the RX20 in performance, deductive reasoning tell you that this machine too will outclean any wand.

Looks like Teflon Kenny is back in the ring and swinging again. I wish you well with your new glides. The 360 is a winner on carpet and hard surfaces.
 
If you're over 40 and pushing a wand you need a 360, and if you're under 40 and buy a 360 you are one smart cookie.
