andyUK,

I am proud to say Kleen Kuip sells the (DFC) Detergent Free Cleaning products to doug. The fact that he uses them is a great testimonial to this line of products as doug is extremely knowledgeable and a tough cookie to crack in changing from favourable traditional products. So get yourself to a Chemspec distributor who not only sells it to you but offers you three seals of approval (third party).

Not only will you clean safely and more healthy these seals of approval are strong marketing tools.

Andy being here in Canada I am not real famuliar with those names. I use Chemspec DFC for a good deal of my cleaning. If you check the red board those guys will know much more about those names tham myself.  If Mr. Lee Senter reads this he will probably be able to help you out he is very knowledgable about most chems.

Hi Doug,my names Andy and Im new to this forum,i havent actually started my cleaning business but it will happen by the end of the year. Now Ive read a few articles on different subjects and your name always seems to pop up,so i figure your the man to ask..!I want to try and go with natural cleaning solutions i.e bio-degradable or solutions that would be safe for chemically sensitive people, like me.Ive searched the net and come up with a few companies, now of course these people are telling me that there products are the best thing since sliced bread, well there selling the stuff so they would. What Im trying to find out is do you know of any of these companies that there solutions actually do what they advertise.I found BIO-CLEAN,1st ENVIRO SAFETY PRODUCTS and a few other smaller ones but these two made the greatest claims for there product.Any help or referrals would be brilliant.Ive found that down here in Florida when i mention what I want to do people are really interested,so all i need to do now is find something that actually works Cheers for taking the time to read my message and i look forward to hearing from you            ANDY

Fluorescent Optical Brighteners

These are fluorescent dyes which fluoresce blue/white under ultraviolet light and tend to make light colours appear brighter. They show up in sunlight or fluorescent lighting in particular. Be careful in using any product which contains them as a spotter. Each spot, after drying, may appear lighter than the surrounding carpet, looking like colour loss. Also, various carpet manufacturers have expressed serious concern about yellowing of optical brighteners over time. Kleen Kuip does not use optical brighteners in any of our solutions.
