That's really true. Calling the Chemspec offices here in the States has been a waste of time. Even getting samples has been difficult. I'm supposedly getting some "soon."

I am in michigan, just talked to the chemspec people and i still cannot get the Heavy Duty DFC.  I got the samples and she said they were in the process of changing the labels or something and now are going to be offering just a 2.5 gallon refill container for the liter containers????  Are you guys using gallon jugs of the HD DFC...if so why can i not get it?

how many ounces of DFC do you put in a gallon of water?
I dont use a HF, I use an electric sprayer.

Answer to question 1 - DFC degreaser: It's great. I have done several resturants including 2 Chinese resturants and it kicks the crap out of greasy traffic lanes. I cut it with some citrus though. On a no tip hydroforce I have the best luck with a mix of 50/50 juice to water with a shot of citrus.

The stuff likes to dwell - don't rush it. I am running a TM at about 200.
