Alot of commercial accounts require 5 to 10 Million Dollars in liability coverage before you can even quote on their cleaning requirements

I certainly wouldn't be out with just 1 million? and just what does that cover? It must be with a porty for sure.

My policy is 1 million it cover only residential. That is really all I do.

When buying insurance always ask what the policy does not cover not what it does cover, that way you have amuch better understanding of what you are paying for. For instance many a cleaner has put a TM unit in his van and automatically thinks it is covered under his auto policy, wrong! 1100.00 a year is very low, but than I have no idea of what you doing. Look for a company that specializes in commercial coverage, so that they better understand the needs of a business person vs. a homeowners needs
