That why I said mild soap.....with a Ph just a little higher or just a little lower...basically I'm trying to say it doesn't take much to get a nylon carpet clean....you can get out lot with just plain water... Isn't Steamamtic that just uses water??? Plus the custmer doesn't care what you use alson as it smells ok and gets the job done.... I've had customer that have asked me to use rust remover |

Come on Stanley, If you use too high a pH on a Stainmaster you can nullify its warranty. It isn't that cut and dry. You may not care, but lots of us do. |
