I don't own a Cimex (I own a GLS), but encapsulation is a wonderful system for light to moderately soiled commercial carpets. From what I hear, the Cimex is primarily used for the larger commercial jobs. Porky |

Hello every one My name is Bob and I work out of the Kingston area. I have both a truckmounted unit and I also clean with pads but it is unlike bonnet cleaning. I also purchased a new sort of cleaning using the cimex 3 brush rotary machine. I have yet to receive it but I saw a demo and was very impressed. Does any one else have that system presently, and are you encountering any problems with either the machine or customers.
