I use quickbooks for running the books, excel or mysql  for sorting and doing query searches for specific projects.  I have looked at service monster but decided to not act upon it.  I find my own tools work best for me.

But, that is just one man's opinion.
It's ORY GUN, not OR A GONE. Learn to talk.

Microsoft Small Business Pro.  It is great,  you can enter customers, set up mailing, and email blasts, plan, organise, just about everything.  It costs about $280!

Hi,
Personally, I am on Tiolive to do all these stuffs. I think it works great. I was told about it by some friend who run a SMB and I like it. I enter all my clients, I can track each email sent to one client, I send press campaigns, offer campaigns, etc. It really makes me save time.

I have used camelot Software for almost 10 years now has everything you could want for a carpet cleaner and post to quick books and blows any other software away ... take a look you will be impressed but the main thing is that it saves me a ton of time behind the desk..
