    Who has a good pre-spray that is for heavy traffic soiled areas? the stuff I use now really sucks!

Old school factory chemical called TLC pre-spray/traffic lane pre-spot.It's really bad.

Prekleen is good...I use it myself.But its not enough for the rat holes.

Chemspec Pre-kleen works well for us even in those nasty restaurants. If you do rat holes than you need to pre scrub and than extract
