Hi all,
With all the debate on different cleaning methods and which is best for a given situation, I,d like to here more about specific cleaning products.
In researching this business for the purpose of starting a company, one of my interest's is in either non toxic or preferably completely organic products that can achieve equal results to chemical cleaners.
I,m leaning towards the OP machines but am also considering a good portable HWE machine. Any feedback from the pros. on cleaning products will be greatly appreciated.

You have asked a great question with a very long answer. So i will try and keep it simple. Most if not all green products meet a standard(s) that are all about the environment. This is certainly much better than a non green product. Most if not all of these products still contain petrochemicals, surfactants, solvents and a host of other ingredients that are not good for people. The newest generation of cleaners (ours is called DFC) only contains ingredients that are approved for human consumption and as a result are people friendly first and by extension are good for the environment.
While looking for organic cleaners sounds good, there are many organic compounds that while they appear natural (and they are) still not good for people. Most rinse agents sold today are made from organic materials (glycolic acid). They are however, not so good for people.

If you select a product(s) that contain "water softners", you will never have a problem either cleaning, or with your health.

With all due respect this statement just does not hold true. Are you suggesting that if you take a product containing glycol ethers. Limonene or a host of other ingredients and add water softeners to it that it is suddenly not bad for you ?

No sir, I am not suggesting that at all.
I am not suggesting the use of such ingredients as glycols, limonenes, or any other dangerous chemicals.
Those particular additives are not needed to successfully break the surface tension to penetrate for clean extraction.
Water Softners will ALSO help condition hard water (ex: well water);and help eliminate the left over residue from minerals as well.
Therefore, I just think that you may have mis-read or rather read something into my comment(s) above that really wasn't stated. But, I will nevertheless accept your "all due respect".
