Enz-All is one hell of a kick ass product. I've never been disappointed. I have also used it on ceramic wall and stainless steel behind the fryers and chinese woks.......works great every time.

I agree. Enz-All was designed for the commercial market and preKleen was designed for the residnmtial market.

nightrider,

Don't get any Enz-All spilling into your woks, or your customers will be woking funny.

For my customers.....it can only be an improvement.

I also soak my hood filters in Enz-All every week over night....next morning we run them through the dishwasher and they're shinny as new.

I also dilute Enz-All in a 5 gallon bucket and let it run through the grease trap.

I never tried Enz-All on my " Mucus Membrain "

I'll give it a shot and let you know, do you know what the dilution ratio should be for Mucus Membrains JohnL

Did you know 1 of the compounds in Ice Cream is the same as paint remover........will that be 1 scoop or 2
