Soak a sponge in defoamer and stick it in your tank when extracting shaving foam like stuff from the Woolite spray or the dish detergent spottings customers do. More mileage for less dough.

Don't forget about convenience and upselling. "While your here for some cleaning chemical, can we interest you in some WD-40 to lube your blower." or "Would you like fries with that" |

Just heat up a pot of oil on the stove and boom you've got fries or a gutted kitchen. Saw one of those this week. Three people in the apartment, couldn't figure out what to do when the fire started. What a mess.

CMASTER: "WD 40 works great also. Kleen Kuip should sell that." CMASTER, sure WD 40 has defoaming ability, so does salt, and so does IPA. They don't give you the most bang for your buck. Have you evaluated defoamers on a 1:1 basis? It's not hard. Prepare 2 bottles, 25% full with a dilute foamy solution. Using a small syringe, available from the drug store, add an equal amount of defoamers, usually less than 1 mL. Shake both bottles together. Observe results. Repeat shaking to get an idea of initial foam kill and residual foam kill. I am sure that you will see that WD40 is not a very good defoamer. Neither is salt and IPA. ...Regards Maurice
