Has left white hard spots on the cushions.

How would you take them out??

Sorry I'm probably not much help.

What have you tried?  Sounds like it has beaded up on top of the fibers.

We know teflon is water soluable, the question is is it re-soluable with something that won't damage the microfiber.

You could go down the spotting chart in that inconspicuous area.

Or you might want to call your suppliers tech support.

I would just steam it out baby... if you can get that water nice and hot coming threw the hand tool it should be no problem..  I would give a good dry vac after depending on how much you had to wet it during extraction.... and an air mover to help dry it out real fast might be a good idea.... even though this has never personally happened to me this is what I's do.

I am actually trying to fix this couch for a retailer in Bloor West who applied it incorrectly.

I am going to use lots of heat like steamer says and a self neutralizing ammonia prespray.

If that fails I'll try a volatile solvent.
