Do any of you use cleaning inspection tools to show potential clients how poorly their staff are cleaning so that you can get the job and make some more $?

Shouldn't your focus be on a marketing strategy?

I want to start a hard surface cleaning business. What is your opinion of these machines?
Daimer: http://www.daimer.com/floor-hard-surfaces/ Dupray: http://dupray.ca/floor-carpet-cleaners/dupray-multiplo-420/ Esteam: http://www.kleenkuip.com/portables/esteam_1200.htm What are the strengths/weaknesses? I am not really worried about costs. My main concerns are: 1) cleaning effectiveness 2) durability of the machine 3) speed |
