    Just visited Cross American in Ann Arbor, MI. Ed Valentine does a fantastic job manufacturing his machines you can tell he has cleaned carpet and knows what hes talking about compared to units designed by many who have never cleaned carpet. He has put together a package for me that I can't wait to use. Many features we all wish we had, much power. Ed Thanks for all the time you spent with me Great Customers Service!

BTW, HEAT---HEAT---HEAT

CAN BE ADDED easily to any RECOIL-XPS set up that will achieve as HOT a water temperature as any TM out there, period.

Not a problem.

John;

Ya, I know, I have an easy life here. I just sit around and twiddle my thumbs all day. Then go to the Golf Course, and then the Spa.

Ooops, sorry....that's our competition!

Ed, we're seriously considering your Quadra 4-Pack, but I'm concerned about

1. Heat
2. Amperage

We'd like to run it from our truck, but plugging into the customer's electricity: 100 foot extension cords, going to how many 20 amp and 15 amp outlets?

Without onboard heat in the circuit, doesn't that mean with my RX-20 and the Power Booster, and the Recoil, and the drop-in heater that I'll be taking up FOUR outlets? If not, how is it normally done?

Robert;

I highly suggest that you call me personally at: 734-665-2399 (here till 3 pm MI time zone) because there is just too much information to write in such a small space.

BTW, good questions however, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Robert;

BTW, here was an e-mail we received yesterday from Willy of Vancouver that may help answer one of your concerns:

It's been a year since I bought my Recoil from Ed

- No problems, plenty of power and simplicity to operate. I've had to do some minor repairs(my own stupidity, not the machine ) to do and with my very limited mechanical ability, I was able to do them with NO GRIEF.

No unneeded bells or whistles, no ridiculous claims or puffery, just a reliable, easy to operate money maker. Long hose run? Plenty of gusto to pull out 100 plus feet of hose and get decent drying times. I thought I had a pump problem, a kit was sent QUICKLY, but my repair guru fixed it without the need for parts.

Blown breakers?

Not if you use your head and have just a modicum of common sense. Thanks Ed. The carpet cleaning world needs more like you ans less of the "pony baloney".
