hi
i have a galaxy 2000
new
just opened from the box
when i try to turn the pump and the 2 vacuums on after 10 seconds the breaker goes off

how can i solve this problem?

Do you have them all plugged in to the same circuit?

Off topic: I'm glad a new post was made here. I was getting tired of the Recoil thread. Let's bury it.

yes they are all connected to the cord coming out from the machine
when i tried the machine in my house after blowing the breaker a few times i had to finish the job with only the pump on the one vacuum

on the machine i have 3 bottons
vacuum    vacuum   pump

how can i solve the problem i am suppost start a job on wednesday
with only one vacuum working the carpet still wet

any help??

  Only one cord ?? Look for another receptacle for a 2nd cord on your machine. Use 20 amp circuits.Does this model come with heat ?
    Brand new or used. Call a distributor.
Try it at home to work out bugs b4 job.

no this model comes with one cord
this machine comes with no heater
the galaxy 2000 has a dual stage vacuum
the bottons are on top of the machine
vacuum  vacuum  pump
i am tryng at home and i am getting aggravated

Install a 2nd cord for the second vac. No Problem.

why should i do that!!!!!!!!!
i payed for something i was not going to tamper
the machine is new and was supposed to work without problems.

I have this same two stage unit and have had zero problems. We think it is more reliable than the so called Ninja. We thrash ours and are very happy. The problem with yours is our guess electricity the line you are plugging into has to much stuff anyways
we use kitchens or bathrooms. It is strong so it need amps. Jewel in the rough! Wink
