Atlantis: good advice about holding the hose. too often have i left the tape running, turn my back for a second to get distracted and forget, to then remember 10 minutes later and it's on the floor getting everything wet!

there are plastic hoses at Wal-Greens (I'm sure you can find them at Wal-Mart too) that connect to any faucet without any adapters needed. They have a rubber end that you sometimes have to work onto the faucet. They also sell one for bath tubs. It's meant to make a temporary sprayer from the faucet. You can take the spray head off and just use the hose. It's a quick and easy solution. But I'd advise holding the hose while it's filling because sometimes it can come off. They cost about $6 each (one for the faucet and one for the bath tub).

Here is a pic

And how are things at Elite SEO Marketing today near the old home of the Palomino?
Are you in a high paying business or are you just a self employed low paid grunt who thinks this business provides dignity?

stuey, You dont even need the faucet adaptors. If you have a section of
1.5 vac hose cut off 4-5' and keep in your solution tank. Shove it up the
faucet head, hold it and fill er up. Pimpin

Big deal a porty is not much of an investment ?

I guess if you can't figure out how to get water to a porty a tm is definately out of your range?

These are not questions!

Fill a jug then transfer the water to the machine. If you use a short hose, then you better stage right next to the water source. If you don't, then you'll have to wheel the porty over to it whenever you need a refill.

There are only approx 2-3 most common sizes of adapters any household will require. Go to the hardware store and make a small investment (approx. $25.00-??) and purchase a variety of them. You'll be glad you did!

Problem Solved!
