The Cimex will make the heavily soiled carpet LOOK clean, keeping in mind the product used should be an Encap as Cimex and Encap are partners. Buy your second choice would be a wiser choice. I guess it all comes down to money.

How much is your customer willing to pay?

Sounds like you really are attempting a restoration job. A restoration job will cost you much more in labour than a Cimex job.

To meet this job halfway I would use my Accelerator Oscillator with Encap. This would in my mind give me more than satisfactory results and allow me to offer a fair price and let me sleep nights and hold my head high expecting calls in the future for more cleaning from this hotel.

Life is full of choices. It's only money and profit that get in the way of how much soil you will be removing.

Nightrider why would you use dishsoap and degreaser? Both petroleum based soaps, never will dry and will forever attract soil.
