Jtuseo, better not have your *ock out! Here is what I do when it gets cold out. I bought one of these. It cost $120 Canadian
http://www.mrheater.com/productdetails_extended.asp?catid=41&id=24 These use the little camping bottles of propane and set on low last about 7 hours. Is your van insulated? If so put this in the back of the van and crack the drivers window 1/4 inch. This will stop the van from freezing if it's blown insulated. I put one in at 11 and when I go out the next morning at 8 the van is still slightly warm. I had going for a week like that just recently. Each bottle cost about $3-4. If you do bring your triggered tools inside to warm them up like stair tool wand upholstery tool put an elastic band around the trigger to hold them open so that the ice in them when it expands has somewhere to go to relieve the pressure as they thaw. It's the expansion from thawing that causes the damage. Edited by pilediver - 20/January/2007 at 11:34pm |

I think you may have to rebuild the valves if they don't have any hairline cracks when they thaw and start to leak?
