always pre spray...no matter what condition the carpet is. This will get the carpets cleaner, AND it will making it easier on you when you extract.

VAC FIRST
pre-spray with ***** extract with ****** in the tank then go over it with a **** then get paid and they'll call you back for sure! |

I have, but rarely....I have a scrub brush on a stick that is way quicker and is just as effective.. plus the customers just love to see me sweat.....
but it still depends on how much they SPEND

In 6 years of carpet cleaning, thats what I have found to be the most effective. However you want to prespray the areas with a pretreatment chemical, not your solution. After pre-treating you extract with hot water and solution from your truck mount.
