I have returned to the job two more times & have had similar results with post wicking. I tried heat levels as high as 180 degrees, different mixes of detergents & rinses, & I leave blowers (air movers) on the sight until the rugs dry. When I picked up the blowers last night, the carpets again looked dirty, & when I rubbed a damp towel over the surface, I was able to soil the towel. I am actively pursuing an orbital pad machine as suggested by many of you. Thanks for the links & other info!

I was unable to post a reply in the old forum under this heading.

Mark:  Padman seems to be around know.  He or Diva and Gomer should probably be able to help you out.  If you get know responce here try posting on Gomer's and Diva's post.Guitar

Hi Mark

I am sure that you will get the results you are looking for with an OP machine. We are HOPEFULLY purchasing our second machine this week. Please keep us posted as to which machine you are purchasing and when you finally get it let us know the results.

BTW

Do yourself a favor and get the 1 HP (cost more but worth it) we have used both 1/2 Hp and 1 Hp and especially if you are doing large commercial jobs you will want the 1Hp.

GOOD LUCK

Oh and Doug could you please refer to G as GMONEY not Gomer. I understand you not changing this as per Kens request, but I am asking nicely on G's behalf.

Thanks

THE DIVA
