I have been op`ing for a couple of months now and some of the stains that were removed when I cleaned them have returned, I am using Scotts Tough encap chems, vac before and after,
Have you run into this before?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I used a Hgih Spped 17" OP, Oscillating Pad machine, with cotton terri pads. Thermedix, if you are having spots return, you simply are NOT removing them. The idea that OP doesn't wickback because you clean so dry is wrong, it shouldn't wickback because you REMOVED it. WE use WHAMM as an encapsulator, but we still use cotton pads as well, it is called PadCapping, basically you are providing dual methods in ONE process. The results speak for themselves. |

Thanks Padman, I appreciate your assistance, I am using cotton terri pads and the stains that are returning are protien based stains (blood etc,) the stains are gone (at least they appear to be) when I complete the job, do you use a any additional stain removers even though the stain appears to be gone , (tannin or similiar). In other wards, how do you know it is really gone? Might seem as dumb questions, but my customers are a bit discouraged that the stains came back and I am not sure what I did incorrectly. How dirty do you get the pad before you flip it?
Thanks Padman! you de man!

If the stains were blood, here is an easy way to eliminate them.
Mix: 1 cup water, 1 oz oxygen bleach and 1 cup 30 volume hydrogen peroxide. That will eat the blood not make you clean it a layer at a time.
Then to remove that last tinge of color, use a rust remover as it is rust from the iron in the blood.
I use pads untill the don't clean anymore, and use MORE pads than most padders, but it speeds me up and give a better clean.

I'll have to try that sometime. To date, I've just used a protein spotter, but I'd rather use basic components than pay Bridgepoint to mix it together and mark it up for me.
