A manager that laughs at me for seeking and receiving advice from the bulletin boards?

Ted is an honest businessman. When I look at the price Ted charges for juice compared to my local distributor it is clear that I am being ripped off locally.

If I can't depend on my local distributor for fair pricing or good maintenance or service what possible point do I have in dealing with them? I have found alternatives locally for repair and maintenance that are far more competent that I can depend on.

As far as what I charge for my services I offer excellent value in a competitive marketplace. And that is all I am expecting, but not receiving, from my local distributor.

Do you think he's getting rich off you??? I doubt it. you don't have to buy from him, it's to your best advantage to shop around. But maybe he gives good service....maybe you like the look of his shop???
